Kate O’Connell is a globally experienced educational leader, consultant, and ICF-certified coach who has spent nearly three decades working across Asia, Europe, and Australia. She specializes in human-centered leadership, systems thinking, IB programme development, and Trust-Based Observations (TBO). After years as a Head of School, Kate transitioned into coaching to help leaders build meaningful impact without sacrificing their health, humanity, or families. Through her coaching programs, leadership workshops, and speaking engagements, Kate has supported leaders across five continents to move from confusion to clarity and from overwhelm to empowered action. She is currently writing Humanizing Education in the Face of AI and developing “The Human Advantage,” her thought leadership platform on the future of leadership.
