Bianca Farthing is an educator, researcher, and digital leader whose Master’s research at the University of Oxford focuses on the implementation of generative AI in education. She is the founder of AI Edify and the Initiative for Conscious AI (ICAI), supporting schools and organisations in developing ethical and effective AI strategies. Bianca will begin PhD research on the impact of AI on education and youth development in 2025, building on her work in teacher training, safeguarding, and policy.
