With decades of experience in data strategy, integration and analytics, I’m passionate about transforming the way organisations harness data to make smarter, faster, and more impactful decisions. I am a graduate of the University of Oxford’s Said Business School Artificial Intelligence Program, is passionate about empowering organisations with data-driven insights. The education sector has massively transformed over the last decade, especially since the pandemic. Expectations of parents, the regulator, and students themselves – from pastoral care to academic outcomes - are higher than ever before, but budgets continue to shrink. With ever increasing use of technology education institutions sit on tremendous amount of data but have numerous challenges to action that information. I founded Deesha to bridge the gap between data and actionable knowledge. Beyond business, I serve as a trustee for Catalyst Support in Guildford, advocate for mental health awareness, and am a proud member of the Institute of Directors. When I’m not immersed in data and strategy, you’ll find me running, traveling, or spending quality time with family and friends.
